What You Need:
- Medicine Ball
- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the Following Movements Every Minute On the Minute:
- Alternating Rotational Throws w/Burpee – 4 Reps (two each side)
- GetUp / Split Squat / Slam COMPLEX – 3 Reps
Rest for the remainder of the Minute and then Right Back At It 👊
