Ball, let me introduce you to Wall 😏🔥

2 Exercise/ 20 Rounds / 20 Minutes

What You Need:

  • Medicine Ball
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the Following Movements Every Minute On the Minute:

  • Alternating Rotational Throws w/Burpee – 4 Reps (two each side)
  • GetUp / Split Squat / Slam COMPLEX3 Reps

Rest for the remainder of the Minute and then Right Back At It 👊
