  • Timer

The Motions:

0:40 of WORK
0:20 of REST

  • Alternating Single Leg Kettle Squat (On Point)
  • Triple Kettle Press Complex
  • Kettle Crunch
  • Lying Kettle Crushers
  • Alternating Stability Ball Push-Ups
  • Ball Crawl w/Pike
  • Kettle Mt. Climbers w/Hold (2 seconds)
