  • Monkey Walk(x2) w/ Forward Kick-through – There & Back
  • Scorpion Kick(x2) w/ SIde Kick-through – There & Back
  • Duck Walk and Reach Monkey – There & Back
  • Bear Crawl Roll Back – There & Back
  • Crab Walk Toe Hold – There & Back

Rest for the remainder of the Two Minutes and then Right Back At It
