Always Exhausted? Here’s How I UN-EXHAUST Myself

We’ve all been caught “Lifeing” alittle too hard at some point or another… And all that really means is, we’re doing what we’re supposed to be doing!

Time well spent when we consider the importance of Good Social Connections as it pertains to that Longevity thing we love to talk about so much…

Now, that being said, running on consecutive nights of deprived sleep is in nobody’s health and vitality blueprint…. Because it comes with a laundry list of effects which not only make us feel physically and mentally drained….

But also disrupts our cellular and metabolic self in ways which makes us less efficient. Ultimately hindering our Today, Tomorrow, and future tomorrows unless we figure out a way to control it, or better yet, Prevent it!

The good news is, this “Exhaustion by Way of Life” is very-much in our control, and can even be somewhat neutralized by a few tactical strategies following a night or two of “Lifeing to Hard” .

Knowing very-well that there is NO Way to supplement the “O.G health and longevity gangster” of good, long-term sustainable lifestyle habits. But also understanding that there are certainly ways to re-achieve your “Feel Good” baseline fast and minimize the biological hangover…
