What You Need:

  • Just You
  • Timer **Optional**

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Hip Rotation Lunge & Reach – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
  • Knee-to-Chest Progression – 1 Rep Each Side
  • High Gorilla Walk – 10 Steps
  • Bridge Reach-Over – 8 Reps (4 each side)
  • Push Back Step-Up Progression – 3 Reps Each Side
