What You Need:

  • Kettlebell

The Motions:

Complete the Following Every TWO Minutes on the Minute

  • Shin Box GetUp – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
  • Windshield Wipe Kick-Over – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
  • Ballistic Row and Rotate – 2 Reps (One Each Side)

Repeat until 20-Minutes is DONE 👊
