If you were to question any health expert around the impact of Stress, and Stress alone, on the formation of “net-new” disease. They would be going out on a limb saying anything other than “We’re not totally sure”…. An inconvenient truth, I know.

However… If you were to ask them about the impact of chronically elevated stress hormones on the acceleration of underlaying cellular dysfunction, it’s a totally different story. They would be able to scream a resounding “YES” from the longevity mountain tops.

And unfortunately, it’s the ladder scenario that most people on this beautiful floating rock find themselves in, unknowingly might I add. As it’s estimated that over 80% of adults are dealing with metabolic dysfunction, with nearly 50% estimated to be battling chronic stress on a frequent basis.

Not a great combo for disease prevention, something this new study only reinforces when it comes to public enemy #1… Cancer.
