40 Seconds of WORK 20 Seconds of RESTS

  • High Knees High Snatch
  • Kettle Cross Under Lunge
  • Double Row Tuck Jump
  • Alternating Clean Press
  • Over UnderKettle DeadLift

1 Minute between Rounds
