What You Need:

  • Kettlebell
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Single Arm Step-Down -4 Reps (2 x Each Side)
  • Goblet Rotation with High Knee – (2 x Each Side)
  • Core Work:
    • Seated Reverse Crunch – 20 Reps
    • Heel Touches – 20 Reps
  • Goblet Squat & Press – 5 Reps
  • Single Arm Swing & Flip – 4 Reps
