But this 20-30 minute AMRAP Workout will quickly reveal your current Strength & Conditioning Status 🔥😈🔥

1 Movements / 2-min Rounds / AMRAP

What You Need:

  • Just You
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movement Every two-minutes, increasing the Reps with each passing Round :

Example: 5 Reps for Round 5

STOP when you can no longer complete the Reps required for that minute (round)

  • Roll-Back Flow:
    • 1) Plyo Jump
    • 2) Roll-Back
    • 3) Crow Hold – 3 seconds
    • 4) Push-Back PushUp
    • 5) Burpee Up

THAT’S ROUND 1

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible
