It Doesn’t Take Much Skill to Architect a Beauty like this….

Just SWEAT 😏💦

2 Exercise/ 20 Rounds / ~30 Minutes

What You Need:

  • KettleBells (At Least Three Different Weights – I went with 16kg/20kg/24kg)

The Motions:

Grab three-to-five bells and Line Em Up (Lightest on the ends, heaviest in the middle)

Complete 10 Snatches with your First Arm, take a ~100 Yard Jog, then complete 10 Snatches with your Second Arm…

Take a Jog and Move up to the NEXT BELL👊

It’ll Look Like This…

  • Kettle Snatch | 16Kg Right Arm10 Reps
  • Light Run – ~100 Yards
  • Kettle Snatch | 16kg Left Arm 10 Reps
  • Light Run – ~100 Yards
  • Kettle Snatch | 20Kg Right Arm10 Reps
  • Light Run – ~100 Yards
  • Kettle Snatch | 20kg Left Arm 10 Reps
  • Light Run – ~100 Yards
  • …….

Move Up and Down the Pyramid … Then Make your way BACK! 👊
