The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Cossack & Reach – 4 Reps
  • PLYO UP Eccentric Down – 2 Reps
  • Hip Rotation w/ Handstand – 6 Reps
